We are starting 2026 with the achievement of an official manufacturing approval for our round window niche implant (RNI)!
Why is this so important? Our RNIs fall within the scope of highly regulated medicinal products. Only with the manufacturing license can we test our RNIs in an initial clinical study.

On August 27, 2024, we had the opportunity to pitch our project alongside eight other initiatives in front of a distinguished jury at the HZI Braunschweig. Later that day, we received the fantastic news. With this funding, we can take another important step in the development of our implant.
The technology for the production of drug-releasing implants enables, among other things, the treatment of patients with ear canal stenosis. A television team from NDR (Norddeutscher Rundfunk - North german broadcasting) broadcasted a report on these external ear canal implants, which were printed using our technology, on December 12, 2023.

The high-tech incubator SMINT@Hannover held its first Demo Day at aufhof in Hanover on 24.11.2023, where we and 7 other university-related start-ups were able to present our business models to a panel of experts and a larger audience.
